1.Usage and molding die

a. The head of plier is used with oil pump to complete the conductor compression, it is the lightest 

              hydraulic plier in domestic, with the nature of easily carried and reliable seal.

 b. To compress aluminum stranded conductor only require one set compression molding while two sets of compression molding is needed to compress ACSR and aluminum conductor.

2. Selection of compression molding

According to the regulation of MWREP, hexagon molding diagonal distance should be equal to the outside diameter of pressure pipe. However, there are various size series used in Power line construction. That`s why some mold can`t match with conductor.

To solve this problem, before you place an order, please make sure wether you want to press steel pipe(code name:YMG)or aluminum pipe(code name: YML), meanwhile, get understanding the out diameter of pressure pipe, so that you can choose correct hexagon mold which diagonal distance is equal to the out diameter of pressure pipe.

EG: 1. To press GJ-50steel stranded wire, out diameter of pressure pipe is 18mm, YMG-18 is OK.

        2. To press LGJQ500 light ACSR, out diameter of steel pipe is 26mm, out diameter of alumium is 50mm, YMG-26,YML-50 one set each.
